Thanks for your explanation. We get exactly back in the var dump whats needed, so that shouldn't be the issue.
We've tested some extra things and we've defined what's the actual problem.
For the users who have an AAM defined user role the whole menu isn't shown when logged in.
The way we draw the menu is as follows:

wp_nav_menu(['theme_location' => 'footer_loggedin_navigation', 'menu_class' => 'alloy-nav']);
This works for administrators and other standard user-roles within Wordpress, but it doesn't work with the roles we defined with AAM.
Other questions, could you explain what kind of service is included in the AAM Enterprise Package?
- is there a limited amount of sites?
- is the price per year or one-off?
- refund: of course, we are considering this upgrade, however, if this doesn't solve our problem, could we get a refund?
